Singer Michael Buble's words keep floating into my mind. As we slide into this new year, it really does feel like a new dawn, and these days I AM feelin' good! My hope is that this section of the site will be the catalyst for a lively series of online and offline conversations about living systems, emerging paradigms and new practices in organizations.
